Web Site Allows Consumers To Complain

Users Can Send Complaints To Product's Company Have you ever had a complaint about a product that you've purchased but don't know where to send it to or who to voice it to? If so, a new Web site, mythreecents.com, allows consumers to give somebody a piece of their mind.

The site archives consumer feedback about various products and services, and users can search by broad subject descriptions or specific products or companies.

Most of the user feedback are complaints, although there are a few compliments, and users can post their own reviews of experiences with particular products and services.

The Web site is free, but it asks users to register to submit a complaint.

Users can also generate a specific complaint to a specific company through a form letter that is pre-addressed to the company's correct address, which will then be sent to the company via fax, e-mail or ground mail.
