This company tapes its conversations for accuracy however when you make an arrangement with them ON TAPE and they make an error the tape seems to have vanished. Got a letter from NCO... turns out that I couldn't make the full paymnet. I offered 10% per month for 10 months. They said no problem. They guy on the phone even said that since it wasn't his money, he didn't really care... just wanted something to put in the database!
