Inferior Product, Outrageously Overpriced! - Informative
SAVANNAH, GEORGIA -- Having been lured in by Ashley's style, I have sadly found out that after 4 yrs. my furniture is made of sawdust & glue & I have no recourse. Needless to say, I feel like a fool & want to not only spare others but wreak a tad bit of justice. BOTTOMLINE - How much are you foolish enough to pay for sawdust & glue? They stung me to the tune of 5 grand... and I feel really stupid:(

Bad Service, Fraud. - Complaint
TUKWILA , WASHINGTON -- The customer service is very poor. They sell the stuff after that they don't deliver on time. I spent $7000 but items are still missing from my order. The person name jullian is very fraud. Try to avoid him.

Perfect Furniture - Compliment
I was looking for the perfect furniture for my new place. So I decided to visit Ashley furniture store. I found the perfect living room set and kitchen table set within my budget. I was over excited! I would like to say thank you Ashley furniture store for helping me find my perfect furniture set.

Store Credit - Complaint
EDMONTON ALBERTA -- So they gave us a portion of our money back. But also a store credit, why would I wan't to buy more of their crap??? We wen't to City furniture instead and we were estatic!! No BULL from the sales staff, NO BULL from the service department!! Best of all NO LIES!!!!!!! We have been dealing with ashly for 9 months, don't be mislead like we were!!

Check out our previous reviews, all from Edmonton Alberta. YOU WON"T BELIEVE THE STORY, BAN THIS SUBSTANDARD STORE!!

We are into the 9th month!! - Refund - Complaint
So they said they will refund our money on a sectional. They force us to take a partial store credit. What a joke, I don't what any of their crap, made in China!! I just want our money back. Why does it take 9 months for them to corect things? This company will take your money and then say screw you when you want service.

Please shop somewhere else!!!

Recent purchase - Informative
I too like another writer recently purchased a sectional from Ashley's. I too am a little afraid after reading several of the previous postings. We have not received the furniture yet. But we also don't buy furniture often but when we do we intend for it to last for many years. So we are keeping our fingers crossed that we have a positive experience. Suppose to get the furniture in April.

I Worked For Ashley For Years - I Delivered - Complaint
SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH -- I worked for Ashley for three years they lie about treating for warranties and they treat employees poorly. The salesmen lie and the furniture is terrible quality. After puttinG 3 yrs. in I will never buy ashely furniture. It is poor quality and they don't care about people only money. The "wood" isn't actually wood they use markers and crayons to fix it and as long as it passes delivery they don't care. My advice. go to Rc Willey. Don't waste your time.

I know why is so disappointed I bought a living room, and one piece was damage it takes a month to get a new one.
love seat is backorder since 2 months.
what we should know if we buy from Ashley you have a months to received furniture..
so sad because I likes Ashley furniture no matter is bad quality furniture hahaha

What the @#$#%^ - ashley three piece sectional - Complaint
I just purchased an Ashley and I wish I had saw these reviews first. My sofa came without feet, and it didn't look like the pic either. home and living.com said it may take another two weeks to get the feet on top of the four weeks that I waited. i will not buy from ahley again or home and living.com

Ashley furniture - "Camilla" sleighbed - Ashley furniture - "Camilla" sleighbed - Complaint
N. RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS -- I bought a "Camilla" king sleighbed set from Ashley homestore furniture and the frame of the bed broke after 2 weeks of owning the set. Have to sleep on the broken bed until my "claim" goes through. Could be 2 weeks.

Follow Up Employment Search - Employment - Informative
The suggestion to follow up a job application by going back to the business is a good one. I do this whenever possible and recently I have followed up applications with a visit, if it's fairly nearby. However, I have secured interviews by simply sending in a resume, and frankly I can't always afford the gasoline to drive to all these places. There are almost NO jobs in the city I live in.

Thank You All For The Info! - Informative
Thank you all for the info and reviews on Ashley Furniture. I was about to make a huge purchase. I need to buy two new living room sets (including sectionals, tables, ottomans, lamps, rugs, oversized chairs, etc.). I was also interested in the sale they had going right now... 14 pieces for $999. Now that I have read this, I will take my money and shop elsewhere because the deal is not worth the headache.

Great service - Great store Great people - Compliment
WARWICK, RHODE ISLAND -- I recently shopped at the new Ashley Homestore in Rhode Island and had the best experience. I have read the reviews and on this site and people could not be more wrong. The salesperson was helpful and courteous and the delivery driver was great. All the furniture came in on time as promised and in new condition. We love our new furniture.

I would recommend this store to all my friends and family.

I am starting a Class action suit for bad CS - Bad furniture CLASS ACTION SUIT STARTING - Complaint

Great of a place to work - Great place to work? - Informative
TACOMA, WASHINGTON -- Ashley isn't that great of a place to work. They are just as forthcoming with thier employees as they are with thier customers, which is, they give them the run around, never giving them the straight truth. Management is inept, and training is shoddy. It's a shame, because they are promoted as some wonderful all-American company, when in all reality, they are poorly organized and operated

I am pursuing a management position at Ashley Furniture. Before running into this website I was under the impression that Ashley was a respectable company.
