GARFIELD, NEW JERSEY -- I'm so disappointed in Bank of America. I don't know what they charge me monthly fees for. They change the agreement anytime they want without my permission and I just waste a lot of my time calling them and solving the problems. I'm so tired of their surprises. can't wait to close my account and open an account in a different bank. YORK, PENNSYLVANIA -- I have had a Bank of America credit card in good standing for a number of years. I made a 1200 payment so I could use my card on vacation. when I checked my credit limit it had been reduced from 1500 to 500. This was done with no notification. supposedly because of a bad credit rating. LA MESA, CALIFORNIA -- My father just had his wife pass. Boa has been practially stealing from him. We have been up to the bank at least 2 times your bank was suppose to fix the problem well 3 weeks later still did not get his money, not fair he is just a elder on a fixed income suppose to get 1500 dollars back only received 300 well I feel bad for him. On a fixed income. Other than that my husband and I are pleased with the BoA.

I have had a credit card for over 15 years w/ Bank of America, they just sent me a letter and increased my interest rate to 29.99%, I have never been late and always paid credit card off ASAP. Bank of America lost my deposit and refuses to fix their mistake - Banking - Complaint
CALIFORNIA -- I made a deposit with a teller and the amount was never credited to my checking account. I was told that I would need to submit a copy of the check (which I have already deposited and is not with me) and the receipt. Unless I submit the check images (front and back) they will not fix the problem. I do have the check stub and all the transaction information on the receipt. Tired of being charged. - Complaint
I've had a checking/savings account with Bank of America for over a year now, as well as a credit card. They are CONSTANTLY switching around the order of my purchases/deposits so they can charge me overdraft fees. The latest was charging me for three overdraft fees on items that had already been processed by putting a large purchase that was pending before them. Insurance Service Center Calls - tellemarketer - Complaint
Our home loan was with Countrywide (who were horrible anyway) But ever since CW becam BAC we have been bombarded with calls that come up on the ID as Insurance service center.
They repeatedly call trying to sell us insurance of one kind or another From BAC. we have stopped answering when the call. The call on average 4-6 times a day.

Missed May lawsuit deadline - BOA NSF Fees - Complaint
So after having the filthy corrupt accounting practice of reordering transactions and resubmitting cleared transactions, over and over by my bank BOA, I now see that there was a class action lawsuit against BOA. So what if you missed the MAy 09 deadline?

BANK OF AMERICA GAVE ME A CLEAN SWEEP LOAN, I NEVER WAS LATE. I PAID MORE ON THE LOAN THAN WERE DUE, THEY TOOK OUT MORE INTEREST AND CLOSED THE ACCOUNT. THEY SAID I HAD TOO MUCH CREDIT. Bandits - Visa - Complaint
Visa account since 2003. Charging me 28.99% on a direct deposit account that they retrieve the payment from.
Their reasoning: Sent me a letter notifying me of increase that I never received. Customer service numbers (800) that are nothing more than recording after recordings.

Deposit Holds - Inconsistent and Unfair - Banking - Informative
PALO ALTO, CA -- I have had several problems with Bank of America policies since opening accounts here.
Yesterday I deposited two checks within 3 hours of each other,
one at a teller and the other at an ATM. The first cleared immediately, the 2nd is on hold for 5 days. They were both written from a local brokerage account. When I checked with customer service they told me that THIS IS THEIR POLICY.

My Account Is Closed By Bank Of America - Account Closed - Question
SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA -- Bank of America closed my account for giving me a reason that a check got returned for non-sufficient fund. And I think that is ridiculous and called in and they don't even give me a better reason. I am pissed. And I went to another bank and open personal and business with others. And now they are telling me that it's going to be closed.
I couldn't find anyone who can talk to. And what the reason is.

Bank Of America Card - Visa Card - Complaint
I was just wondering if anyone else was have problems with bank of america raising there min. payment if they paid extra. For example if my payment was 100 dollars and I paid 125 then the next month my payment would be 120. So I would pay the 120 and then the next month it would go back down. This bank increased my rate to 25% even though I made my payments on time. I tried to negoiate with them and they said "you wish you could transfer the balance, don't lie to yourself". Well guess what? I now have a 0% balance with Chase.

I had a Bank of America credit card. The highest balance I ever has was $97.00. One month I received a telephone call telling me my payment was past due. I had not received the bill. I sent in a payment that paid my balance in full. The next month I tried to use the card to put gas in my car. It was not approved.
