Complaint Don't Stand Behind Warranty - Kindle Fire - Complaint
CHESAPEAKE, VIRGINIA -- I received a Kindle Fire for Christmas. I work nights. I left the KFire locked in my car and on my break went to use it and the screen was cracked.

The tech at BestBuy said it was due to temperature change. But too bad they couldn't help me to call Amazon. Amazon says that BestBuy should take care of replacement. AND AROUND WE GO!!!!

Complaint Customer Service - Phone Case? - Complaint
MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE -- When I asked an employee for a phone case they directed me to the people in a slightly different shirt color. Those people never acknowledged me because they were helping the same customers for 20 minutes. I wish the Best Buy employees could have helped.

Complaint Sad that a business has to trash on a Christmas icon. - Complaint
This country is financial trouble and yet no one is acting like it. To floor all off, now we have to trash a Christmas icon. Santa represents hope and faith in our society. Now a company has just done way to fat to make a buck. So sad! This is what our country has come to, slam whom ever we want to get a laugh. This commercial represents a loss of morals.

Complaint Expiration notice - yes - Complaint
Best buy has been posting an expiration notice on my computer for Kaspersky virus scan product. It has been on there for better than a month and it hasn't even expired yet in fact I have installed a new copy for 2011.If I want your product I will get it. One notice is plenty. I want it off of there. To me it is abuse of a privilege.

Complaint Bad Quality and Customer Service - phone charger - Complaint
I purchase my cell phone on April 30,2010 with a 2 year warranty. Recently my charger stop working and I tried to take it back to the store #836 Montgomery, Alabama in which I spoke with a manager and she said I couldn't get a replace charger that I would have to purchase a new one. I feel like thats poor customer service and then my warranty covers the phone and charger.

Complaint Best Buy Rip Off - Want To Buy Blu Ray Player But To Much For Last Year Model - Complaint
Go on line check prices for Sony blu ray player model no 470. Best buy wants $199.99 Plus tax if you buy at store. Go on line at Amazon want $149.99 Bought you have to wait 2 to 3 days to get. Best buy needs to lower there prices plus Amazon sells new models Best Buy wants to get rid of old models first.

Complaint Best buy credit - Complaint
Credit approve online, verify information by phone...ok..but you can't use it if you apply online. You have to wait until you get the card...should be a statement about that when you try to apply. Which web site now a day ask you to wait to use your credit when you apply for their card. Very deceptive, been put on hold pass through 5 personnel before I was able to close the account that I just open. No confimation either...so never again.

Complaint Best Buy Sucks - HP Pavilion DV9000 - Complaint
CALIFORNIA, CALIFORNIA -- I don't now where Best Buy acquire the electronics, but all electronics what I purchased there have had defects, I buy a laptop HP Pavilion DV9000 17 widescreen, decomposed a year without giving much use, the motherboard was burned. Then I buy a Digital Camera Sony DSC-H5, the autofocus feature not work after 6 months.

Then I buy a portable air conditioner Whirlpool 10000BTUS, and don't work, so I very frustrated with best buy, never go back there.

Compliment Best Buy Nice Customer Service. - Compliment
I took back a monitor I didn’t like to Best Buy, to get the same model but a different size. They took the item from me no questions asked. Didn’t charge me a restocking fee, so I went to get the different size monitor and I thought I would have to pay the difference for the other monitor, but they said it went on sale and I wouldn’t need to pay the difference.

Thank you Best Buy.
