Fed up with the high cost of name-brand flea and tick protection but having pets with allergies to these pests, I sought alternatives and happened upon BudgetPetCare.com. Even though they are based in Canada and even paying a small duty on my purchases, I have been totally satisfied with my bi-monthly purchases for the last 3 years. They provide a satisfaction guarantee and delivery times that are very quick and all for low, low prices.
My experience with the company has been very positive for at least five years. To wit: timely delivery and competitive prices for Frontline. While that's important in general, it's essential when you have four flea-hating, tick-fearing dogs. What's not to love?

You can sign up for their weekly newsletter and they even have a veterinarian on staff that can answer any pet-related questions you may have. They have the lowest prices of any online pet retailer I've found and also offer free shipping on any size order. I highly recommend them.
This was slow in arriving to my house - I ordered this on July 12 and did not receive until July 24th. I did not understand at first that this is coming from Canada! But the prices and products cannot be beat. It is the cheapest I can find anywhere and the products (from what I can tell - packaging, they do what they are supposed to do - kill fleas!!) are the same as what I buy here in the US. Just be aware some products are different from what we have here, so pay attention while you are looking at the website. I will use again!
PENNSYLVANIA -- Budget Pet Care is completely reputable. I, as well as the members (which includes veterinarians) of my kennel club, have been dealing with this company for years! Unfortunately, you have quite a few ignorant people out there who from lack of common sense and knowledge will attempt to malign a great business that has super prices and terrific customer service.
Ignorant people say "I ordered Frontline Plus and received Frontline Combo... it's a scam." The scam is from the drug companies that price both animal and human medications much cheaper everywhere but here in the U.S. Complain to the drug company, do not bad mouth a company. If you think I'm lying just go to Merial's (mfg of Frontline) website and read at the bottom "FRONTLINE Combo® contains fipronil and (S)-methoprene ®Registered Trademark. For further information, contact Merial Animal Health Ltd, CM19 5TG, UK. ©Merial Ltd 2012. All rights reserved". Those are the exact same ingredients as Frontline Plus!
Foreign service charge? That charge (usually 3%) is put on by your credit card company NOT Budget Pet Care!! Get a Capital One card and there is NO extra charge! Your vet says the drug is phony/counterfeit? What do you expect them to say at the prices they charge? Get rid of your lying vet and find someone honest! It took too long to get your merchandise? It comes from England, Canada or Australia... with the money you are saving... have some patience... you charged it didn't you? Therefore, you have protection. So, you can believe the morons, village idiots, whatever or do yourself a favor and get a good product at a great price!!!!!!!!!!
I ordered Advocate and Advantage on June 25th and paid for it immediately with Paypal. I finally received it today July 15th after many phone calls, unanswered emails, and unanswered messages. The medication had been shipped from Barbados - not Canada. The outer packaging of both the Advocate and Advantage had been opened, additional doses of Advantage had been added to the box. It was clearly labeled 4 dose pack, but had 2 doses (I ordered six) added. Thankfully the secondary tamper-proof package was intact, although I still feel somewhat uneasy.
Their customer service is terrible. When they answer they promise to follow up and call back but I never got a return call. I won't be using them again!
