Concern about management - Local Burger Kings have stopped serving decaf coffee and lemon juice for ice tea - Complaint
It seemed to me as if the local Burger King kitchen was not adequately organized. And I am not happy that the local Burger Kings have stopped offering decaf coffee and lemon for iced tea. It seems like such a small item. Lemon juice comes in small packages and decaf coffee does not have to be made in large pots. Burger King (BK) has been my favorite fast food chain for many years and I am disappointed in the recent changes.

Very bad ad - mini ad - Complaint
Find your ad for mini burgers in very poor taste it is not cute it is just people stealing from other people. it would have been lots better if you were showing people offering the second mini burger to a friend. Does not make me want to visit your business or take any childern there.

Went inside Ponca City's Burger King this morning and ordered a large coffee and 2 hashbrowns to go. While I was waiting I started to look at the menu and the cook starting yelling saying I was standing there staring at him, he then said he would not make any more sandwiches until I stopped staring at him. Fingernail in Apple Pie - Dutch Apple Pie - Complaint
I ordered a Dutch Apple Pie. So I went to my table and had my apple pie. At about the 3rd or 4th bite I noticed somenthing weird in the slice of pie. I cleaned of with a napkin and found out it was a fingernail!I told the cashier and he said that they were NOT responsible for it. Terribly slow service - Veggie burger - Complaint
Ordered a veggie burger, they said it'd be a ten minute wait (never had to wait before but it's probably been over a year since I ordered one.) It ended up taking 24 minutes (from 1:50 pm to 2:14). Dirty dining room - Coffee - Complaint
ROCKAWAY, NEW JERSEY -- Burger King Rockaway NJ. Dining room tables are very dirty. Napkins turn completely black when trying to wipe the tables clean. Floor has water all over. They make only a cop and a half coffee, the refill will be half a cup topped up with cold water. This is the third time within a month that I found that unsanitary condition and the coffee refill added cold water. COLUMBUS, OHIO -- I live in Columbus, Ohio, and I went to Canal Winchester to get groceries, at my local Walmart on Gender RD. There is an Subway in there I went to get an ICEE, and what an surprise, their ICEE machine was broken down! So we went to the Burger King by Walmart and their ICEE machine is also broke down!

BK-No Soap in Restroom - Complaint
The Burger King at 2325 State Road 16 in St. Augustine had no soap in the men’s restroom this morning. Apparently the food handlers have no problem spreading potential diseases from the germ cesspool of a bathroom. Would you like some E. coli or Hepatitis A with that biscuit?

No Tomatoes - Complaint
My friend is a owner BK. He told me that the true reason for no tomatoes at BK is saving money. Recession hit hard and even BK is feeling the pain. So someone smart in the top business level decided they just blame it on shortage. In reality they save hundreds of thousands and they will go as long as customers will allow it.

ST LOUIS PARK, MINNESOTA -- I'm a frequent customer of store #4298-St Louis park, mn. the best manager works at this site. knows everything about every product. he's the only one who does, however. I always want a LARGE MOCHA JOE. does that sound hard? almost none of the workers there know there IS such a thing, which makes for a big hassle whlie they figure it out. maybe a company alert can be sent to this location, I see a hot summer coming and expect to want a lot of these.

CRAMERTON , NORTH CAROLINA -- I have been dining at Burger King #8817 in cramerton for more than 10 yrs. This past year it seem's that every time I stop there they have a problem. The A/C does not work, the heat does not work, they are out of coke, ketsup, sauce, cheese, chicken, HAMBURGER!!!, We used to enjoy meeting with friend's there, no more, we've all given up. Coupons - Complaint
I am very disappointed in the type food coupons that Burger King issues. They discount deals on everything except the "Big Fish" and this did not just start, I have been noticing this through out the years. My question is why doesn't Burger King ever offer discounts or coupons on the "Big Fish"? Contrary to popular belief, there are some of us out there that don't eat chicken and would appreciate more of a variety of coupons.

The Creepy burgher king guy appearing to peep through windows was bad enough but now the shaking of square butts. Who on earth is making or approving these commercials. Angry Whopper - Complaint
When I first heard of the Angry Whopper I couldn't wait to try one. Well, I did today---and am I sorry! I had coupons to buy one Whopper and get one free, but I thought I'd rather get the Angry Whopper at full price ($3.69 each) What a disappointment. It had no taste, except once in a while a hot jalapeño. I could have bought 2 Whoppers for a lot less--and it would have tasted good.

43230 -- I went to the Burger King drive thru in Renoldsburg Oh. and ordered a double cheese burger combo plain add bacon and the cashier says that will be $8.10 please pull up. That is crazy, $8.20 for a combo. My receipt reads:

Roach - Complaint
DORCHESTER, MASSACHUSETTS -- I went to purchase food there and while I was waiting a huge cockroach was crawling right on the vent near the cash register. This was not the usual size roach, this thing was very big. Another person that was there told the cashier, she actually with her hands brushed it off the vent and killed it. You actually heard the thing crunched.
She kept going upon her work as usual like nothing had happened. That was so gross! I will never go there again to purchase anything.
