About 3 weeks ago, I called Charter and set up an appointment with them to get their phone, cable, and internet bundle installed in our home. They were to come between 10am and 12pm Monday morning.
I have had Charter for many years. The rates where reasonable and the increases I got were no problem but the one I got today was absolutely NUTS.
Charter is the only available cable option at my address.
