Complaint Program Changes Without Notifying - Complaint
CHARLESTOWN , MASSACHUSETTS -- Why was the soapnet channel changed to another kids channel. They did it and never notified anyone of it. I am really mad because that was one of my biggest reasons for having comcast. If they do not provide it maybe people will go with someone who does.

Complaint Misleading Advertising - About Phone/Internet/TV Service - Complaint
ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO -- I think that regardless of what Xfinity/Comcast's ads say about them, that Centurylink is a heck of a lot better company than what they ever will turn out to be!! Not only that, I've been a customer with both companies, and Centurylink has been a lot better with me than what Xfinity/Comcast ever was!!

Marshajia, ID#35828 although we could not solve my cable problem by phone she was patient and tried everything possible. Usually I get fustrated having to deal with problems by phone. Marshajia was great.

Complaint Comcast digital phone service - Digital phone service - Complaint
Comcast digital phone service is the worst. If it looks cloudy the phone service is affected. Overall there service techs are confused, and seem to not know how to correct issues with Comcast digital services.

3 other techs were pleasant on phone but couldn't solve internet connection problem- but Brandon solved the problem in a helpful, courteous, professional way and I was able to send off a quick email to a sick friend last night. Thank you again, Brandon.

Complaint Keep calling about tv in bedroom but can get no help! I'm having to pay $75 a month for service that doesnt even work - Complaint
My TV in the bedroom has not worked for quite a while. I'm tired of calling and getting different reasons. The one in the living room works fine but nobody will help. They just want to get you off the phone. I do not like On Demand. It worked before that came along.

I am just warning others how bad the TV service is and I would not get it again but the internet service people are great!

Billing answers - billing - Informative
If you don't get a bill but continue to have services for over 30 days the late fee is correct. You know you haven't paid your bill fo rthe last 30 days wether you receive the bill or not. Pleases don't use that as an excuse not to pay your bill especailly if you are going on month number 2. You mean to tell me it never entered your mind did I pay my bill last month, let me call them and see. Come on people really!!!!!!!!!

Comcast Newsmakers Segment Sucks - Informative
Why...Why...Why does Comcast insist no using Comcast newsmakers as a means of advertising... Not making enough money to pay for advertising.

So tired of watching the news and the next thing I know I am hearing the
droning voice of Tonya Caruso... Talking about something I could not care less about... Tired of Comcast shoving this segment down my throat... CNN here I come.

Can't get to my remote fast enough.

Thank you to Heather in Tucson Arizona who is the first person with Comcast who has actually attempted to help and (hopefully) find a solution to my problem. I have have other techs plainly say that it was not Comcast's problem. Heather understood and helped me to find a solution. It was also refreshig that she was able to speak English and we had no trouble communicating.

ILLINOIS -- I would just like to gave an outstanding recommendationg for ROB WEEKS #64316. I was ready to end my internet service today because I have been down for more then two weeks.

I apologized before I started talking to the gentlemen and let him now nothing personal but I am sick of ComCast and ready to end my service.

He was very polite, patient and went to several steps with me and fixed my problem. You are very LUCKY to have ROB WEEKS as an employee.

Complaint These people are total thieves - cable /internet - Complaint
These people are the absolute worst. you have to use them based on where you live and they just screw you every chance. you can't call and talk to anyone, all you can do is pay the extra fees they charge you and of coarse the month in advance. your time is nothing to them, its a one way money machine. they haven't sent me a paper invoice in over a year yet they charge me fees every month..all I can do is pay with nothing to look at. I'm cancelling

Complaint Poorest Service - New Connection - Complaint
My new connection was scheduled for a setup.

It got rescheduled 5 times in a week. Each time they told me that the technician called me but never got a call.

This was possibly the poorest service from Comcast.

Veryn bad costumer service - costumer service gone bad - Informative
The sales representative gave me free movie channels. network connection for the internet .
when the technician came in real nice guy one receiver did not work / the movie channeles were not programmed in. the customer service was not able to resolve nothing on the spot.
Because of there mistakes and incompetence to solve all the issues that they mistakenly promised they lost another customer .
They made me loose half a day of work
They are a big MESS

Recently looked at my bill, and Comcast informed me that next month October my rental on the modem will be increased from $3 to $5 a month. what a rip off. the modem has been paid for over and over again, now they want more.

Download Limit - Internet - Question
WISE, VIRGINIA -- Whats going on with Comcast cutting people off for downloading to much?? They called me and said if I GO OVER THE LIMIT [DOWNLOADING]that I would cut off for a year with no chance of getting it back for ant reason. My office and the 800# had no knowledge of any limits. So I am now looking for another ISP co and Comcast can have there overpriced junk.

Does anyone else know anything about this??

Complaint Comcast Smartzone Email... Stay Away From It!! - Smartzone Email - Complaint
ATLANTA, GEORGIA -- I've been with Comcast now for 7 years... they just switched their email program to SMARTZONE... it's horrible. The screen is now very small and it's so confusing that I can't ev en use it anymore. I am in the process to changing all my email to another program such as Gmail or Hotmail.

Stay away from Comcast email!!! Right now it's not working again!!!
