I placed an an order in Dec. 2010 for Christmas dinnerware. They charged my credit card for what was expected to ship.
Non existent customer support. When you call the 1-800 number, you get a voice message stating that there is no room on their voice message machine.
This is a horrible company. I usually read reviews online before doing business with anyone but I was in a hurry.
