As a Davis Vision provider, I am frequently stuck between a rock and a hard place. Patients receive poor quality eyewear from Davis Visions's lab and horrible customer service when they complain.
Davis Vision is by far the WORST visual care plan. The do shoddy work and their customer service is useless.
Davis Vision is completely and utterly incompetent. It is extremely obvious that they do not care one bit about their customers.
