My Dell Computer was purchased in July 2011 and has never worked since it came out of the box, they have restored it completely 3 times and it is now going to a black screen about biweekly..totally inoperable. Dell inspiron m5010 is garbage, needs to go back to factory settings - Informative
From the time I bought Dell inspiron m5010 it needed restores, now after five months and still going into safe mode it needs to have factory settings. it is just garbage this laptop, a defective piece of crap.
hp I think is a much better computer and of course apple.

Dell Quality - P703W All in one printer/scanner - Informative
This printer/scanner/copier has never been satisfactory. A colleague also purchased it, and Dell replaced it twice--it never worked properly and they finally gave her another model.

Never - dimension 5100 - Complaint

 Something good Dell did - PlayStation 3 - Compliment
There was 20% on all gaming systems on Dell.com so I decided to buy a PlayStation 3 160GB. I ordered on Wednesday night and it said it would arrive the next week. I was disappointed because the new Call of Duty maps were coming out. The PlayStation 3 arrived on Friday less than 48 hours when I ordered it. Thank you Dell.-- Posted by Dylan on 06/18/2009
Dell Loses NY Lawsuit - Informative
A NY judge has ruled that Dell has "engaged in repeated misleading, deceptive" practices related to warranties, financing and promised 'on-site' warranty repairs. The judge has ordered Dell to more clearly disclose that most customers don't qualify for free financing or get next-day repair service. The State has until Dec 1 to identify all consumer claims against Dell.

Shabby Treatment of Roseburg Oregon Employees - Managment - Complaint
ROSEBURG, OREGON -- I cannot believe the heartless way that the RSB employees were treated,like garbage and then to add insult to injury - Dell threw away all their personal property. I am so glad that I never went to work for Dell. All the bull they shoved down our throats when they came to town, for shame for not being HUMAN. To fire over 200 employees without a backward glance I will never buy a Dell product and neither will anyone I know.You hurt a lot of good people.

The New York State Attorney General has set up a special web site for all complaints against Dell Computer and Dell Financial. You don't have to be a state resident to register a complaint. Be sure to read the instructions before going to the form.

NEW YORK, NEW YORK -- So, word is Dell is doing a big press conference/product release in NYC on Wedesday. Supposedly they're releasing new high-end computers and TVs. Looks like they're just trying to hookwink some more customers with overpriced pieces of junk!
