Complaint Package Ordered Thru Direct Tv , Received Standard Package - Satelite Tv and Internet - Complaint
CINCINNATI , OHIO -- I ordered a package that included a HD receiver and hold house DVR and low payment for one year. Received standard package. Larger price, no DVR or HD receivers. Talked to manager that wanted me to pay extra for the addition. I already had HD with Time Warner Cable. Would not make sense to transfer over for the same price and loose HD.

Complaint Channels - G4 Channel - Complaint
For two years since I had G4 channel. I've enjoyed watching the station. Then one day..I turned on my TV went to the programming guide..Decided to look at channel 310..To my surprize: They annouced they were going to remove G4 Channel from the guide.
I'm frustrated with the fact: They didn't even disguss it with the subscribers/customers....When I did some digging. I discovered lot of people were really upset by decision and decided to twitch back to Dishnet work.

Complaint You Suck! Find A Job You Can Handle! - TV - Complaint
PENNSYLVANIA -- Direct TV sucks all the way around, up/down, in/out, everything. I had DISH Network before, and that's where I'm going once my "contract" is up. They lie, steel, their TV is slow, and their service sucks! No customer help. GET A JOB YOU CAN HANDLE! Direct TV should not even be in business!

PHX,AZ, ARIZONA -- Took time from my job for them to no call no show really then resced for another week so now its two weeks n still nothing sup. was suppose too call never did two day in a row then finally get a hold of a sup and they can't do sh!@#t so what three weeks no TV for something iv paid for worst company ever can't even give me a corprate number r you kidding what kinda company is thhis if you have problems call quest to fix it only way to get anything done .....

Complaint Dont deserve to be in business - tv - Complaint
NEW JERSEY -- In my entire life these are worst bunch of traders whom I believe do not have any intention in being in business for long. They will fleece you. My duty is to spread word that they do not deserve to do business in America. The customer service is pathetic at best. Should close shop and let customers do business with a professional companies like Cablevision.

Complaint Direct T.V sucks!! - Complaint
Their custumer service sucks ass..... they lie to you, they act like total idiots, they don't care about anything you have to say. One of their supervisors gave me an invalid ID number, I guess he knew that the way he was acting was unprofetional and so that I wouldn't be able to complain about hi he gave me an invalid ID wich was 268021 he said his name was Gabriel and I know this because when I called back they told me their ID numbers had 9 numbers on them.

Complaint DIRECTV AVOID THEIR HYPE - DIRECTV - Complaint
UNKNOWN, FLORIDA -- Extremely over-priced and dissappointing CService! Hesitation between channels. Rebates not honored. Extra 5 a month each recv'r. $10 more a month for HD - which also afffects TV volume adversely. Another $6 per month for the DVR. Should have stayed with Cable. Avoid DirectTV at all costs!

I'am tired of DTV's scam's. + without consent to access bank account.
amount withdrawn is over $500.00
in which makes it theft by unlawful taking Felony 1.
I have sshots of DTV account up2date, bank activity info and more..
I know there are millions of people that this happens to.
The BUCK stops here and need help to pursue the fight.

Complaint I need help with Directv - Directv - Complaint
TEXAS -- I am going to be going to court with DirecTV because they promised me $39.00 a month and have been charging me $68.20 a month and won't lower the bill to the agreed price. I need witnesses to show they are doing the same thing everywhere. Complaint Direct tv problems...again - Complaint
How does a $49.99 bill end up being $84.00?
That was my question, and after talking with 4 different people, and being told no, you can't cancel your subscription, I still don't know.
These people are deceptive to the core.
They hope if they keep you on the phone long enough youll just give up.
Do yourself a favor and choose ANYBODY ELSE!!!!
My next phone call will be to Costco customer service.

this video is all of my proof. All of my bank and name has been blocked out of this video. I used my bank card once to pay my dad's bill and not direcTV has taken $153.80 from my bank card I called customer service and told them that that is not my account and they refuse to give me my money back I told them I am not going to pay for my dad's bill I want my money back they refuse. so that is why direcTV is a crook.

Complaint HD TRICK - Complaint
So when you buy the NFL ticket from DIRECTV you don't get the games in HD unless you pay the HD fee. The crazy thing is the games that are non HD seem to be broadcast in inferior quality. Never seen the games look so washed out and bad. It's an attempt to force you to pay the HD fee. Totally bogus DirecTV.

What Can I Do To Get Direct Shopping To Credit My Credit Card? It Has Been 5 Months Since Returning Items Which I Purchased - Jewelry - Question
PECOS , NEW MEXICO -- Help!! After purchasing several jewelry items from DSNTV.COM I returned several of the items... I've emailed DSNTV and keep getting the same information: "Your credit card will be adjusted within a few days"... Well, a few days have turned into 5 months. I'm bugging them as much as possible and haven't received any satisfaction.

DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY SUGGESTION TO HELP ME OUT OF THIS MESS!!??

Unauthorized charges to credit card - Final bill - Informative
Without my authorization, DirectTV charged my final invoice, which was in dispute as to the amount, to a credit card that I had given them for one monthly payment and then terminated the authorization.

The credit card company has reversed the charge but I am sure not all credit card companies will do the same.

Complaint Still no portable DVD player? - Complaint
MELBOURNE, ARKANSAS -- I ordered Direct TV and with the package I was to get a new portable DVD player, I sent in all the paper work and a copy of my first bill and still no dvd player and its only been 9 mo. hell I could have had a baby, before I would get my DVD player.

I kept a file on this so if I could sue them I'm going to jump on the wagon because I was lied to about 5 times that I was getting it soon......9 Mo. later and still nothing, not even a BABY....
