Impossible to communicate with Ebay. They do not respond to email and when I called during posted hours to I was told to call back during buisness hours and then call disconected even tho it was during its buisness hours. Unfair treatment - Complaint
Buyer did not receive package and filed complaint with Ebay. I provided tracking information that proved I had mailed the package. Ebay ruled for the buyer and refunded their payment from my Paypal account. Now I am out mailing fees, packaging supplies, all eBay fees and what I paid for the item. Sellers, If ebay Blocked your account and kept your money - Complaint
Your transactions are blocked once your account is blocked and so now you can't even see where the packages are that you sent of, no way to know if it got there. And if you call eBay to get that info, they will tell you its not available because you account is suspended.
Any other type of account regardless of its current state, you can always review your transactions and account overview, I didn't even do anything to have my account suspended.

Ebay resolution center a total joke / - Resolution Center - Ebay - Complaint
Long story short. After submitting an item to be resolved from the Ebay Resolution Center, less than one minute after I clicked submit, I got a "Case closed" in favor of the buyer (I was the seller).
Obviously, they don't even read the case information and always rule in favor of the buyer.

I am writing to inform people that eBay may be a good place to sell your Items but be warned they take a ten percent of your profit for themselves. There are other options to sell your Items your local newspaper or some other type of media. Feedback - Complaint
EBay has developed a program that is totally supportive of the buyer, even though their income is from sellers. As an example, I sold an item to a buyer with a feedback of 18. They loved the item. They didn't understand how automatic feedback works and my feedback shows their frustration with eBay. When I called eBay on 08/29/2009 at 5:30 PM CST, I was laughed at by eBay. Ebay Feedback - Complaint
Received unjust negative feedback from fellow eBay buyer, Jonathon650425. The buyer refused to confirm address for Paypal so I relisted item, per eBay suggestion. [I was burned once by Paypal. Lost money and item!] Never heard back from Jonathon650425 after numerous attempts to confirm address, so I resold item. Weeks later received negative feedback, which eBay refused to correct!

Forced Beta Testing - Beta Testing - Complaint
I'm angry with Ebay because they put me in a Beta Testing program that I never asked to be in. Plus, they did not even allow me to Opt Out of it. When I first wrote to their "customer service" department by e-mail (They don't allow you to call anyone!) the reps kept telling me to find the "Opt Out" button. I have just talked to a Ebay rep. and an e-mail titled "FIP NOTICE: eBay Registration Suspension - Possible Unauthorized Account" IS indeed a fake e-mail. I also sent it to their "spoof e-mail" address so they can look into it. Item not received - Monstrance - Complaint
LACROSSE, INDIANA -- I have made several purchases throough eBay--and until recently had no problems; however I recently, on February 8, 2006, ordered a monstrance--a liturgical vessel for use in Benediction. I did not receive it. I got a disjointed set of excuses from the seller, and neither eBay nor PayPal were of any help in resolving the issue.
