Beware the pre-formed arch supports sold by the Good Feet companies. There is a reason that the store policy is lots of money up front and NO REFUNDS-- they don't work.
I ALMOST got hoodwinked by this store. Had my credit card out and was about to pay $300 for a pair of plastic inserts.
I am a chef and am on my feet 8-12 hrs a day. My feet were hurting so bad that when I would sit down I would not want to stand back up.
