Complaint Must be Mother Board - HP P6130y - Complaint
I have a HP P6130y and it freezes up all the time. Got to go to Windows Task Manger to help it get going again. Don't know how long it will last. Kinda new Computer to me and bought it New From Best Buy. I haven't tried to get it fix because it is out of warranty.

After reading reviews I should have done something sooner. I am not very computer savvy, so I thought I was doing something wrong...NOT!

Do not know what to do!

Complaint HP Bad Service and Customer Support - HP Mni - Complaint
My HP mini will not turn on. I have called HP support and they have disconnected me 6 times and still trying after 2 1/2 hours of waiting on the phone. There staff speaks broken English and are hard to understand and talk in circles. They are no help what so ever... I will never buy any of their products again!

Complaint Don't buy an HP notebook - Complaint
I bought an HP notebook 2 years ago and could not be more sorry. The thing freezes up continually---to get it unfrozen, I have to turn it over, pull out the battery (I am not making this up), put the battery back in, and re-boot. It doesn't work with my LED projector, either. I just bought a MAC and after sampling its user friendly, plug-and-play ease, will NEVER switch back.

Complaint My Touch Smart Has Not Worked Since I got It For Christmas!!! - HP Touchsmart PC - Complaint
Since I got my Touchsmart desktop pc, I have had nothing but problems with it. HP have replaced the keyboard, the mouse and the hard drive (Twice!). They sent out a tech to fix it and it is still not working! I HAVE A $4000.00 PAPERWEIGHT ON MY DESK!!! It needs to be replaced. I have a warranty and they are just going around in circles!! STEP UP HP AND FIX MY COMPUTER !!!!!!!!

I bought a HP computer about 1 1/2 years ago to play games, not a cheap one either to date there has not been one game that worked on this piece of junk. Needless to say this is my first and last HP computer.

Complaint Pavilion Note Books - Dv9628nr - Complaint
BOISE , IDAHO -- What is HP thinking when they tell you that they are selling you a product and does not tell you that this is a refurbished 9500 and the software reflect this when you get the make and model. This is misrepresentation of the product and I will never buy another product from a lying piece of crap company such as HP.

If this company wants to make it right give the people who purchased these items the new product they paid for. Like that will ever happen!
