I started getting automatic renewal notices on my computer, at least two weeks before it was to expire. I still have 5 days to go before my anti-virus expires.
Bought the hype that Kaspersky INterneet Security was the best there is. Bot over the net with payPal.
I purchased Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2010 in Nov. '09. Had initial problems completing the transaction with Digital River/Element 5/Kaspersky that very day and should have heard the bells go off.
