AUSTIN, TEXAS -- I won a ring on the online auction on February 22nd and was sent a confirmation that it was to be shipped out. The shipping arrival date keeps changing (3 times already), and I still don't have my ring. This is ridiculous. It's March 8th already and my last delivery date given was March 6th. I don't want to hear anymore excuses. I want my ring. If I have to wait much longer, I will never place an order again.

LADYSMITH, VIRGINIA -- Problems experienced: Stones falling from setting after warranty period therefore not defect. Replacement not available after wrong size was shipped to me also refused refund/return. Cheap chain clasps with no receiving end. $3K Tanzanite 3A grade poorly cut. In spite of these complaints LC is a good source to acquire a jewelry wardrobe of pieces you don't worry about losing or breaking. Shop carefully and realize most defects won't be discovered until AFTER warranty/guarantee period.

AUSTIN, TEXAS -- I continually buy many things from the LC and website and I'm always happy with the products. Every time the mail comes in I'm so excited because I know I'm going to get something beautiful inside that doesn't give me guilt that I spent too much. I'm glad to be able to buy something that I really wouldn't have been able to afford anywhere else. Thank you LC from a very happy customer.

SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA -- I have purchased several tanzanite and chrome diopside pieces. I've had stone fall out after one wear. In addition, I was told by more than one jeweler that the stones are all lab created and not natural!!! How do companies get away with blatant false advertising and zero quality. Do not buy from LC. There is no regard for the customer and the company lacks integrity and ethics.

I Have Ordered A Number Of Items But Have Not Received Them

AUSTIN, TEXAS -- I ordered a set of Strada watches that were on special and never got them as well a bracelet with a cross, a ring with a cross and a pendant with a cross. I made two orders, one with a size 8 ring and one with a size 9 and I also ordered a ring 2 nights ago. Never got confirmation. I am concerned because I have spent a lot of money for your products and I was to have received free gifts with these orders. I tried phoning but it is impossible to get through and no call backs when I leave my number. I am very disappointed with your lack of response.

AUSTIN, TEXAS -- I purchased two items from their show and was charged twice. Their advertisement on their show says that it is one price for all day. They put two different days that I purchased the items (which was one hour of each other) and charged me double. When I called customer service the customer service representative said I had to say it was a bulk order to receive it. I explained she was going to lose a customer for $2.99. She did not say anything. I asked for her supervisor and she said nobody was there. Guess I will spend my elsewhere. I also purchased a necklace. I will not wear it. I looked like a child's necklace. I threw it away. I wonder what other shady deals they offer.

AUSTIN, TEXAS -- Recently began using the on-line auctions. One of my first orders did not arrive. Called C/S and was told she had no idea what happened to the items in question. Received a call back from someone else from C/S notifying me that they would be issuing a credit to Bill me Later but haven't seen it as post as of today's date.

Today I discovered another order apparently lost in the "black hole" but had billed immediately. Spoke with 2 C/S reps who were no help at all. Asked to speak with a Manager.... no Managers available. E-mailed Customer Service asking for someone to research my complaint... no reply to my e-mail. Sat on hold for more than 50 minutes this evening waiting for a C/S representative to answer at the call center but no luck. Left my telephone number for someone to call me back...

Worse Customer Service staff I have ever dealt with. I have been a C/S manager for 20+ years and would have been fired years ago if I treated customer's this way. Very, very disappointed with overall dealings with the Liquidation Channel, specifically on-line website. Looking more and more like a scam on the auction site.

AUSTIN, TEXAS -- Seriously, I was a Call Center Manager for HSN and other major call centers and the LC channel has major issues. You cannot return products, you do not receive the product you ordered, items are received broken or defective, poor customer service, poor management, inflated retail prices, misleading or defrauding consumers by placing items for auction and do not send them but are happy to take your money. Long hold times, I have been hung up on, I get differing information, slow shipping to save the company money.

Trust me, I gave them chance after chance to do things correctly and I am still waiting on a call from a Manager from 11/29/2012. Do not order from this company, you will be very sorry. Take it from someone who knows how a call center should run and how customers should be treated. If everyone would post their complaints on the BBB site, it might make a difference. As of now, they have 39 complaints and I know there are a lot more. I intend on adding my issues ASAP.

By the way, I have emails and recordings to prove my claims and packing slips showing they shipped one item and you get a different one. Oh and one that shows, a line through an item, by the warehouse (no explanation) and then a credit for the item appears and your product is back on the online auction. They are not a professional business and do not even deserve a rating of 1. It should be negative 1. However, if you want sub par customer service, poor management, poor products, no packaging or broken packaging and differing information, then you deserve the LC channel. Otherwise, order from a reputable company that has been in business longer than 5 years.

AUSTIN, TEXAS -- I got hooked into this television ripoff for a long while. It's been a couple of years back. Do not order this junk. The peacock pearls I ordered have lost their luster and look blue and ugly (I ordered a lot). ALL OF THE NUMEROUS RINGS I purchased are turning and jewelry cleaner does nothing. The rose gold comes off and the other, then you are just left with whatever metal they have under there, which is bad.

Personally, I would NEVER order from a television show again. They magnify, they use special lighting. It's all a lie what they say. There is no shortage of Tanzinite nor Chrome diopside. Besides, who would ever buy anything other than a diamond even at a pawnshop. I also believe they have some kind of subliminal message and you get hooked before you know it. Before you know it you are spending thousands and then you find out the quality is bad. That's with all the T.V. sellers! I have tried them all and got stung, just leave them alone!
