ST CHARLES, MISSOURI -- I had a huged botched lawn project by someone I hired. They left me with a driveway full of cement bags and sand. I did not know what to do. Wrong fridge delivered, then the right one stopped working, no icemaker - Fridge - Complaint
UGH!!! I am having Lowes pick up this fridge and going to another retailer. Not only did they deliver the wrong fridge, the right one stopped working after 2 weeks and then they forgot the free icemaker, when I did receive the icemaker it was a used unit.-- Posted by Lszpondowski on 09/12/2011
Bosch Dryer - Complaint
I bought a washer and dryer last April. The dryer has not worked since it was delivered. We have had 7 serviceman out to work on it. They leave saying it is fixed. I then put a load in and again it does not work. Bosch and Lowes are making us jump through hoops with requests for more information. We have to take time of from work to be at home.

Bathroom Sinks - Complaint
HACKETTESTOWN, NEW JERSEY -- The installers were great but, after installation, one sink was not the one I ordered. The shipping cartons were correct in the marking but, the sinks were of a different color. The same was true when I ordered French Doors not too long ago. Dark Brown was ordered but, the doors came in white. Iordered a painter to correct the error but the sinks are a of different matter.

You know what has happened to this country, used to you went in and meet the so called manager face to face and talked about what you could do and when you could start, now all is done on a stinking computer, how you people going to get any body worth a damn if you do not meet them. I used to shop at Lowes but I will think different now. Fair Treatment - Complaint
ELIZABETH CITY , NORTH CAROLINA -- I was in the Elizabeth City NC store. I walk thru the garden center on the 10-16-09 around 4:30pm. Their was a young lady working in the rain with no proper gear. You need to put some sort of tent up so these employees will have proper protection from the elements. Even a dog has a house to go in from the rain. Please do something about it. Wish I had read your reviews before I purchased from Lowe's - Stack Gas Washer/Dryer - Complaint
HAWTHORNE, CALIFORNIA -- I paid cash for a stacked washer/dryer ($1,003.00) and I was assured I would get a $79 rebate. I followed the instructions to wait six to eight weeks after submission and then check; when I checked I was informed there was no record of my submission.
Since their instructions state "this Certificate may not be reproduced..." and I sent the original receipts I'm not sure I have recourse.

Do not buy Lowes appliances. - Appliances. - Complaint
ROCKY RIVER, OHIO -- I just purchased a Frigidaire stainless steel dishwasher from Lowes in Rocky River OH and had it installed on Aug 14. It malfunctioned from the start, never leaving the wash cycle and not draining.
After just spending $9000 on a kitchen rennovation at their store, Lowes would not even speak to me, they simply refered me to the Frigidaire 1-800 number.

Free Delivery Scam - Refridgerator - Complaint
Do not believe Lowes will actually honor their free delivery advertisement. I fell for it. They make you pay for it up front. Instead of receiving a rebate check for the delivery charge Lowes send me a debit card for $79. When I wanted to use it 2 months later, it had expired. Spanish Signs - Signs - Complaint
LAKE SAINT LOUIS, MISSOURI -- I walked into our new Lowe's last week an was just furious to see these huge signs everywhere in English and in Spanish. I made a complaint and was told these signs were going to be in all new stores and phased into the older stores. If people want to live in the US they should learn English. English is our language.
