Some of the Manager How They Treat Their Staff and Customers - Complaint
JONESBORO , GEORGIA -- They are very rude and ignorant. They don't ask staff if they can stay.They treat new people like dirt and are very rude to people. I have witnessed my mom want to transfer to another last nites manager needs an attitude adjustment fast with her staff. If someone doesn't do something she is very very rude to everybody last nites manager and there are three other one that need attitude adjustments too. SANTA ROSA, CALIFORNIA -- I went to our neighborhood Mcdonalds I spent 20 and when I was eating the burger that is on sale 2for I don't know how much they were but I mentioned to my husband this meat patty tatsed different it felt like it was pressed meat not a regular pattie I know the diffrence because we buy from Mcdonalds a lot are they useing a different meat if so it was not good

Attitude and waited 30 min on our meal that fed four people. - Complaint
JONESBORO, LOUISIANA -- On January 2nd we ate there. The person taking our order had a very bad attitude. We ordered a meal for four people and we waited 30 minutes for our meal. This McDonals is not a fast food place. We could have went to a restaurant as long as we waited. It's always been the worst fast food place!!!! I hope something will be done soon. I told my kids not to ask to go back there until I hear they have changed.

Bad Service - Complaint
LONGVIEW, TEXAS -- Everytime I go buy sweet tea I guess they give me unsweetened because its not sweet at all. I ordered a hot chocolate, they gave me coffee with whip cream. I convinced my wife to get mcmuffins off dollar menu. the time it took to get our food was 6 minutes n worse, the sausae mcmuffin bread was BURNED and meat was undercooked!!!!! Ignorant construction worker tells us to go somewhere else - Complaint
Went to the Springvalley Illinois Mcdonalds and they are doing construction the construction worker told us we couldn't park in the lot we said then well go somewhere else he told us to go ahead. Then a cook let us park in the lot. Older Crew People - Workers - Complaint
They don't let older crew people work, all the hours are giving to the
younger crew. Worked there 27 years and now they cut my hours because
I make too much money. Yeah but I have the experience and loyalty that the
younger crew don't. But that don't seem to make a difference.

All other L. A. McDonalds Senior Coffee is 59 cents. The Sherman Oaks McDonalds has raised it to $1.00. I understand in the big picture this is trifle, but it picks on us seniors with fixed income.  Angus bacon and cheese snack wrap. - Compliment
Recently McDonald's, came out with a line of snack wraps inspired by their Angus burgers. Since the Angus burgers are pretty good I thought I would go out and try one. I got the Bacon and cheese one.
Its basically, beef, red onions, pickles, cheese, and bacon wrapped up in a tortilla. I didn't know what to expect but it turned out to be good for a 1.99 its a good snack to have when your on the go I might get two next time try the other two flavors I recommend it.-- Posted by Wally86 on 08/21/2010

I rarely go to McDonalds for breakfast but was traveling with my son and stopped. I could not believe I was charged extra ($1.39) for an orange juice with a "breakfast meal". My son doesn't drink coffee or soda - and as a parent - even if he did - he wouldn't get soda for breakfast. McDonalds should be ashamed - $4.39 for a "meal" and then another $1.39 for juice to go with the meal.

Workplace Harassment - Complaint
FEDERAL WAY, WASHINGTON -- McDonald's is one of the worst employers in the nation. Their management is allowed to harass and intimidate employees for no other reason than that they can. It is not considered illegal unless you are a member of a protected class, otherwise known as a minority.

Excellence - Service - Compliment
I've eaten at the Plainfield St., Springfield, MA., store for many years. It is a predominantly Spanish neighborhood with predominantly Spanish staff. This restaurant has the nicest people working for them! Their service is quick and friendly. McDonalds... Too much??? - Informative
I have seen the movie "Super Size Me" In the extras they put McDonald's food in glass jars, they also put the same food, just not from McDonalds in a jar. The other food rotted way faster than McDonalds food. Some of their food was good for up to 2 weeks! McDonalds French fries stayed edible for more than like 2 months.

BLT Sandwich - Complaint
I have a big problem here I order A BLT Bagel with lettuce and tomato why is it that when I ask for an extra tomato that they charge me for it?? When I go to Tim Hortons they never charge you for an extra tomato I believe this is outrageous !!!!! So they say well ma'am we have to charge you for an extra tomato!!!! Is that right? Are the employees told to do that??

My visit to your store - Complaint
I was in a store for breakfast this morning and had the nastiest food. The hashbrown tasted as if it was sitting there for about 1 hr or longer. The bacon egg and cheese biscuit was hard and dry. The egg was more like rubber and the food was not even warm. Had I not been on my way to work I would have went back to get the money back.

Iced Coffee is a winner!! - Compliment
ARIZONA -- I don't normally eat at Mcdonalds. I hate the flat, bland hamburgers and over salted fries. But, then they introduced the iced coffee. I now find myself going to Mcdonalds a few times a month. The coffee is delicious, affordable, and you get a decent size amount.
My only suggestion is that they offer non fat milk instead of whole milk.

Cockroaches - Complaint
I went to dinner at MCD's on 6/5/007@ 9:00PM located at Canton Mall, Bayamon, PR. And wile eating at our table small cockroaches started to appear, very disgusting, they were coming in from the kids playground and the manager old us the exterminating co. was there already to take care of the situation. But helloo, in the middle of our dinner!!!!! I couldn't it anymore and we left very disappointed.

Employees Not Wearing Gloves - Complaint
CORDOVA, TENNESSEE -- It is down right nasty to see an employee hold cheese in their ungloved hand. This happen at the Mcdonalds located in Cordova, TN. They do not wear gloves. The Manager said when ask why they don't, she said TN codes does say they have to. Employees touch everything, as I am writing this review it is the spring time which mean allergies. Too much bread not enough syrup - Complaint
JACKSON, MISSISSIPPI -- As much money as mcdonald's rakes in I don't know why they're being cheap with the syrup. They give 3 hotcakes and 1 pkg of syrup. CHICAGO, ILLINOIS -- I was doing some shopping with my mom at Wal-Mart the other day and we decided to go to McDonalds there. Turns out that they don't serve the $1.00 sundees. What gives? ELPASO, TEXAS -- Watch out people the mcdonalds in Walmart on transmountian road is allowing some of there employees to bring drugs to work and if you complain they will do nothing about it and if you say something like i did you will get treated poorly and threatened.
