Bait and Switch - Informative
NEW YORK -- I would never ever use Price Line again. We made a bid for a car rental at Orlando airport and without the ability to approve or disapprove Price Line locked us in at twice the amount we bid and charged our credit card.

Complaint Don't Use if You Are a Professional and Do Business - Priceline Website/ Customer Service - Complaint
DO NOT USE IF YOU TRAVEL FOR BUSINESS... Getting an itemized receipt from these people not only takes an act of Congress, but a Celestial Virgin and Multiple Magical Unicorns as well. If you need itemized receipts for reimbursement like my company does, please save yourself time and issue, and continue to their nearest competitor.

Complaint This Pack Is a Scam! - Name Your Price - Complaint
This company has the "WORST" customer service I have ever seen. It sounds like they are reading off of que cards. They can't guarantee anything and the hotel even said "they hate" third party companies and Priceline is the worst. Don't even think I will show up for my reservation as I am not sure what I will get. There goes my money down the drain.

ANY, CALIFORNIA -- Phone line goes through an endless rant of information that you cannot bypass and get through to a customer service representative Literally 7 minutes of talking before I was able to even get to someone. Ridiculous waste of time.

Failed orders racking up authorizations - hotel - Informative
ONLINE -- So when your order fails at Priceline they are authorizing the amount for each attempt. I just found out that the 3 times I tried to order a hotel room racked up over $1200.00 in authorizations on my credit card and now I'm on hold because none of their customer service idiots can act to get the hold on my credit card released. Like I have $1200 in credit I can just loose. What a bunch of idiots.

Compliment Great Experience - traveling - Compliment
In the years we have use Price Line. My wife and I have nothing but compliments. Lsst time we use it was 2011,a trip to Paris.

Also we will miss W. Shatner.

Complaint Pass away love one - Complaint
I had made a bid for a hotel I won my bid. My dad had pass away two days later I tried get out of it. In order to get a refund I had to give them dad name and the funeral home name and number and the obituary. This is going to far I done allot with Price Line no more I lost 234.88 beware

Complaint To Priceline - Complaint
To anyone who is reading this the Priceline company is not a very good one they don't give you any respect they hire people who can't speak English when that is all you speak and you can't understand them or them understand you. I would NOT NOT NOT recommend this company to anyone who wants to get a hotel, or anything else they have.

Complaint Priceline Sucks - Complaint
I used Priceline to stay at a hotel in Evansville, Iniana. Iam not a smoker but got stuck in a smoking room. The place sucked but I was stuck staying there. Even though I was there checking in early and went immediately to the desk to complain, I was stuck with a room I wouldn't put my dog in.

Compliment They change the final tickets - flights - Compliment
This is the second time they have changed what I requested. the first time I choice a flight out of BWI and they booked me out of National. This time I booked a flight in the morning and they booked me for an evening flight. I thought the first time I made the mistake buy when it happened again I have to wonder. I will not use them again or recommend them to others any more

Complaint CRAPPY INSURANCE - Complaint
Do not use this company!!! I have used them before and the deals were okay, but this time I hadn't known if an emergency comes up even if you buy their CRAPPY insurance you still need to go through a huge hassle by getting doctors notes and bS just to cancel the hotel. Things come up and they should realize that if we buy the insurance it should be refundable!!!!!

Complaint Getting Screwed By PriceLine.com - Complaint
PriceLine.com screwed me so bad on a vacation I may not even go! Day one of vacation I get to my destination at midnight and day 5 I return home by 2PM! So my 5 day vacation is 3 day vacation at the cost of a 5 day trip! My flights could easily be changed but PriceLine will not help me at all! I could go on and on like how my bus ride of a plane flight should take 5 hours but is taking 7ish! Do not use priceLine. com

WHO KNOWS..
SO FAR I HAVE THE CONFIRMATION, OF FLIGHTS, NOT HOTEL YET. I HAVE NOT CHECK WITH THEM, I WILL LATER, WANT TO DO IT A WEEK OR SO BEFORE LEAVING.

Complaint Robot superisor - hotel - Complaint
I extended my stay on a Priceline web site and Priceline screwed up and did not tell the hotel. When I complained to the supervisor he said they were right and I was wrong..I plan to sue them in Sarasota...I feel They probably screwed up with not only my extension today but with many others.. Complaint PriceLine Bait and Switch - Hotel - Complaint
Priceline uses bait and switch with hotel rooms. While you may specify what you want, IT IS NOT GUARENTEED AND THEY DO NOT TELL YOU THIS UNTIL IT IS TOO LATE. DO NOT USE PRICELINE!!!!

Complaint Insurance Scam - Complaint
I bought 4 air tickets from this company and stupid me bouth the insurance under the impresion that I would not be charged anything if I needed to change my travel dates. To my surprise when I called to make changes that I did not anticipate I was told that I was not covered. I then asked for my money back and was told that the money is not refundable.

Warning never buy travel insurance from priceline.

Complaint Priceline And The Military - Will Not Give Refund Due To Shipping Out Early - Complaint
Booked a room for 12 nights before shipping out, so we have to leave out one day early, I call Priceline to let them know I have to leave early. They asked for my commander's number, and said its up to the hotel and needless to say the hotel said it was up to Priceline, Priceline finally called the hotel to verify that I was actually there.

The funny thing is military members really don't have a set schedule. We sometimes have to leave early, well no more Priceline for us.

Complaint Horrible And Scary Hotel - Westfield Inn Hotel Near LAX (Inglewood, CA) - Complaint
INGLEWOOD, CALIFORNIA -- The Westfield Inn Hotel in the Los Angeles area is really scary! The hotel room was small, dirty and it smelled like urine. The hotel is located in a poor neighborhood aka "the ghettos." When we checked in, we had to pay a $5 refundable deposit for the t.v. remote control, which was given to the receptionist behind the bullet proof glass window.

We complained to Priceline but unfortunately because we bought the hotel through Priceline.com we were stuck paying for the room.

Complaint Lie about location - hotel - Complaint
MADISON, WISCONSIN -- Priceline sold me a hotel reservation that said I would be downtown Madison Wi and I end up out in the country!!It even says it on my reservation.

When I called they said they would CHARGE me 25.00 to release me and I would have to resubmit my bid and buy something within 7 days. So I'm stuck no matter what. I lose 25.00 and hope to buy something again maybe saying downtown putting me out in yahoo land again. So rotten. Never again!
