OCOEE, FLORIDA -- I used to be self-pay and my lab work was under 200.00. I got insurance but Blue Cross of Tenn. denied labs because it was pre-existing. So Quest is charging me 716.00 for the same lab work that cost 200.00 as self-pay just because Blue cross of Tenn denied it. So they are charging me the inflated amount that they would charge the insurance company... so messed up.
LEES SUMMIT, MISSOURI -- The person taking my blood was rude from the start. When she was finished taking my blood she put a cotton swab on my arm and barked "Here hold this!" Not even a please or thanks and then she barked, "We're done". If I was her manager I'd fire her on the spot.
Have been a Quest customer for years and have had trouble almost from day one. Have the bundle problem thought it would be easier one bill for satellite wireless internet and phone sounds good right. WRONG they mess up the bill almost every time. Then when you call to talk to someone about it they can't understand how it happened. Then customer service that's a joke all they want to do is defend QUEST. Every company makes mistakes. But not every month. PROBLEMS CONTINUE EVERY MONTH. PLAN ON CANCELING TODAY.
STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, COLORADO -- Why is Broadband availability so poor in the richest country in the world? A giant telecom company, Quest, gives the poorest Broadband availability of any major telecom in the world. At the same time they complain that rural phone service is not profitable for them but they are unwilling to make the small investments (they already own the right-of-ways and phone lines) that would double their revenue and provide a major upgrade in service to their loyal captive base.
MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA -- Why when you want to cancel your service, must they harass you? You know there are things I have to pay for. Food my mortgage, gas to work... Internet service is not a priority. I'm tired of them not taking NO for an answer. I feel violated like I have done something wrong just because I want to cancel a service I don't feel necessary.
