Replacement of garage remotes - Complaint
On Sept 8th Sears replaced 2 batteries for garage remotes..Sears put in the wrong batteries therefor ruining the remotes..Manager said it was Sear's fault and would replace both remotes..as of this date Oct 10th I have not received them..have been to the store 4 times..all I want are the remotes Sears promised because of their error..I really don't like to complain..but since it was not my fault I don't understand why Sears does not live up to their promise to replace them...Thank you-- Posted by Fivepin58 on 10/07/2011

Under the impression that Sears was a family oriented store and corporation. Hard to continue that impression when the latest thing is the line of products represented by the Kardashians. Poor repair service with extended warranty - Kennmore Side by Side - Complaint
After a year of appointments and excuses my refrigerator has remained unrepaired. Despite all of the hype to purchase an extended(that insurance to cover slipshod workmanship) over a year has passed.

Delivery complaint - Appliances - Complaint
Please do not try to buy any appliances in Sears, they have a horrible delivery service, the $70 or $80.00 dollars you are going to save, you will use it for your own payroll, they will make you waste 3,4 5 days at home waiting for them to make the delivery the they gave you a date for, you never never never are going to get that delivery on time.

Worst serves - matress - Complaint
MANCHESTER, CONNECTICUT -- Sears automaton called thousand times a day to confirm delivery time, but did not delivery at all. First time they mix address, argued with me and finally they found the right address they tear a mattress. later they continue call, sett time and showed up late that impossible for me be at home at this time. JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA -- Sears Avenues Mall, Jacksonville Cheated me by selling a 32'' Sony TV in a 42''Sony TV.
Response was rude when tried to return it back. A complaint was made through BBB but did not get any positive response.

I don't go to Sears as much as I ues to. but I still considerite a grat place. my husband has bought many of his craftsman tools there. he has only had to take them back a couple of times. of course with craftsmans tool they are replaced with no questions ask. my mother in law gave us a Kenmore refridgorator 6 yrs ago. never had to be serviced.-- Posted by Andbran on 07/26/2009

Sears And Citi Group - Excessive Finance Rate - Complaint
My beef is with Sears for their choice of CITI BANK for their credit card. In this age of government bail out, CITI chose to raise the amount of interest from 22 percent to 28 percent.
After receiving government money, they bought a 50 million dollar corporate jet.

Why I stopped using this card... - MasterCard/Credit Card - Complaint
I had used the Sears store credit card for years and then they switched it to be the Sears MasterCard. I used it once and then quit. Why? They start charging you interest as soon as you make the purchase. By the time you get the statement for the purchase, it has already started racking up interest charges. Sears condones collection tactics of NCO - Complaint
Okay so I was a little behid but only like 3 months. We had some financial troubles. Sears sent the Bill over to NCO financial systems. They broke about every rule of the FDCPA. When I called Sears the woman I spoke to was just as bad as the collector and said it was basic collection tactics. SEARS Extended Warranties - SEARS Extended Warranties - Compliment
I have had the SEARS Extended Warranties on Just about everything in the current house and prior house for past 9 years and have been extremely satisfied with it. I think they are much better than some like Best Buy... (Never...never ... buy a product and/or warranties from Best Buy). You are better off paying additional dollars and going to some other store. I would choose SEARS first.
