What They Failed to Mention - Eye Glasses - Informative
FORT MYERS, FLORIDA -- Exam was professional. Bought two pair of glasses after they made me try to understand that I would be saving money with a pair purchase. No AARP or AAA discount unless I paid full price which would wind up costing more with the above discount then if I bought the pair. confusing? That's OK. Still a good over all service, product and price.  Burnt fried Chicken - Complaint
PHOENIX, ARIZONA -- I picked up some fried Chicken from the Target Deli today. When I opened the package one piece was burnt, and I mean charred. Guess it was in the deep fryer a bit to long. Ended up taking it back to Target for a refund. Wally does not eat charred fried Chicken, even when the Chicken is not burnt it's mediocre at best. LEOMINSTER, MASSACHUSETTS -- I think that target is a really good store to go to. My fiancee and I have an addiction to target. We like to find new ones to go to any chance we get. They have great prices and their customer service is better than ever. Yes the prices might be a little higher than Walmart but the product is a much better quality. COLORADO SPRINGS, COLORADO -- I was hosting a dinner party at my house, and I needed to buy a lot of different kinds of pasta. I found that there were many different options, and on top of that, it was very cheap.

Target is not a grocery store - New store format - Complaint
I'm so disappointed that Target has become a grocery store.
I went to buy a table cloth the other day and there was only one to choose from. They have cut back their inventory of all the things I loved to buy at Target (household) in order to put in food that I can buy anywhere. I'm so upset with Target for doing this. I used to love shopping there.

TUCSON, ARIZONA -- Well, we're all quick to complain (including me) when we don't like a store so I guess it's only fair to say when we have a good experience. I went to the Target store at Roger & Oracle in Tucson the other day & had such a pleasant shopping experience. The aisles were wide, the store was neat & well organized. New policy states no returns over 70.00 within 1 yr. will not let you trade in defective merch either. if you complain to your family while putting merch back in cart, you are being disruptive and be threatned with law enforcement! called corporate, pretty much same response. am stuck with high price electronic junk. Coupons at Target - Informative

I Fell On Lotion In Target Store-They Did Not Accept Liability - I Will Never Shop There Again - Injury - Complaint
LARGO (UPPER MARLBORO), MARYLAND -- I slipped and fell on lotion in Target Store in Largo, Maryland in October 2004. A customer witness it and the manager heard the fall. I had to have major surgery and was out of work for over 10 months. I have nearly $100,000 in medical bills and loss wages. Target says they are not liable and I am left to pay all of my medical bills. I guess, bottom line, YOU ENTER THE STORE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Don’t Be Cheap With Your Chips Target - Complaint
So the other day, I bought some Archer Farms Garlic Parmesan chips Target brand chips. When I opened the bag it was maybe 20 percent full I was so disappointed.
These are may favorite chips, I have seen more chips inside a 25 cent bag of Lay's. Mind you this was full size bag of chips. I was very disappointed.

Target Works Hard To Become The Best Company Ever - Late Fees - Compliment
Target does not charge late fees unfairly. 39.00 is a basic late fee, charged when a payment is not made on time. Any payment sent in is processed the same day as received, and if the store payment takes a couple of days, we always refund the fee automatically.

Why Are The Checkout Receipts So Long? - Checkout - Question
MINNESOTA -- Today I purchased 5 items and the receipt for those items was 5 inches long. I ended up with a receipt 14 inches long! On another occasion the entire thing was 19 inches long. Ridiculous!

Target's Return Policy Is Changing - Informative
Apparently Target has listened to logical complaints from their gift registrants.
On June 10, 2008 Target's return policy changed from 20 dollars without proof of purchase twice a year to 35 dollars twice a year, and target now once again returns items that were bought and taken off registries. Cheated - Olympus Camera - Informative
NIAGARA FALLS, NEW YORK -- Recently I purchased an brand new $300 camera at Target. However, that day I was in a rush as I had to pick up my child from school, and when I returned the home and opened the box, I discovered I had been cheated. The box was empty, and the Target employees had stolen the camera. I am extremely frustrated, I had been saving up for a while to buy this camera.

PHOENIX, ARIZONA -- I went to go return a item today at Target. I had my receipt with me, the lady at the guest services took my item. No questions asked, gave me a refund and I was on my way. The whole processes took 1 minute. No drama no nothing.

ARIZONA -- The other day I went to Target to pick up some items for Hanukkah only to find that the store had ten aisles of Christmas deocrations and ZERO items for Hanukkah (or any other religion). I was surprised when I used my debit card in a target store this summer when I checked out that the bottom of the receipt said I was pre-approved for a target card. Indeed, once I proved my identity my account was opened. Has this happened to anyone else before?
Since then, my limit was increased without asking and have had no problems since.

CAMARILLO, CALIFORNIA -- I have been a Target customer for about 10 years now. I have never, NOT ONCE have had a bad experience there. Everything is always so neat, clean, and in order. The shopping experience is very pleasant. On top of that, the sales associates are always beyond friendly and helpful, and of course the best part of all, target's check out lines are never longer than 3 people. It's a great store! CHICAGO, ILLINOIS -- On April 9,2006 I Purchased A D-Link Cable Modem!! When I Got Home I opended The Box And Inside Was Not The Cable Modem!It Was Something Called A DVD R/RW Writing Unit! I Immediatley Went Back To The Store And Told Them What Happend!
