After a quick review of a recent billing of my homeowner's policy through The Hartford I find out that the yearly policy amount has more than doubled.
After our rates increased by more than 60% for no reason (no accidents, tickets or claims) we cancelled our policy a month after it renewed as we were researching other insurance companies.
