 Washer/Dryer - Complaint
I have owned my Whirlpool Cabrio washer and dryer for three years. I have never disliked/hated an appliance before. The clothes never get clean, never enough water, blankets are actually dry in places when it's finished washing. I am going to sell both washer and dryer and feel bad about sticking someone else with these useless appliances. I just hope I can find a washer that will fill up with water to get things clean. Big Expensive Mistake - With 5- Year Extended Warranty - Complaint
After a year or so the drum and liner in our Duet dryer went bad and was replaced we had a 5- year extended warranty. After that it went bad another two more times. We tried to have them replace the whole dryer before the warranty expired. But they would not. And now with no warranty the drum liner is going bad again and ripping up our cloths. Cooktop noisy, hard to clean - RF263LXTQ3 - Complaint
Installed one month ago, This replaced a 30 yr old Whirlpool range.
The pots and pans rattle on the cooktop; same pots we used on the old range with NO noise.
The elements are VERY difficult to unlatch and raise for cleaning purposes.

Parts on backorder - part w10244191 backordered - Complaint
I have been waiting for over two months for a part for my Whirlpool double oven the part is w10244191 this item is on backorder what is the deal isn't this company big enough to produce items that seem to be a problem. I personally think they should do a recall and fix everyone that has this problem as much as we are having to wait for the part. Here we are in the serious cooking season. I bought a new fridge two and half years ago and from day one it did not work well. THE FIRST WEEK IT SUCKED IT SELF IN AND HAS 33 DENTS IT.
