FedEX Stole my package

I have asked my friend to ship my brand new laptop through FEDEX Ground service. From NJ to Houston, TX. tracking information shows till Dallas. After that shipment never reached the terminal.

Simple, package is from DELL and shipper is third party not the DELL. (Because DELL initially shipped to my friend.

Then my friend try to ship it to me.) FedEX driver (or FedEX CEO who knows) simply stole the package. By trusting this freaking company I have only insured for $500. Even though laptop costs $1300.

NO DOUBT THIS IS BEING STOLEN BY FEDEX STAFF. Or May be they are showing millions of dollars revenues by stealing the shipments and selling in eBay.

Avoid FEDEX for costly items shipments. Use only this crap service for sending the non-important shipments.

One waste company in USA.

Are you that much of a cheapo that you wont pay a few extra dollars for the full amount of coverage? I've never heard of someone so stupid as to do something so retarded then have the gall to come on here and rant about how they weren't in the wrong

OMG. This happened to me!!! I hate FEDEX with a passion. My laptop was coming from Utah, 3rd party - not Dell. The last tracking was that it left Fedex in Utah. No other tracking. They can't even find the truck!!!!!!!!!! It's been over a month...still no laptop, but the truck was found.
FEDEX SUCKS.

It dosnt take much to add in extra insurance on a pkg. SIMPLE!
