Conn's Appliances Informative - Complaint not informative :Bad Customer Service/customer service managers

I'm going through a legal battle and I need some info(acct payment history)I asked to get it faxed to get it faster *since btw the store keeps no records and the main offices like the one here in Houston even if you show up and show all your info they won't give you anything.
Any who They said send us a fax stating your name and you allow us to release your info which I did. But its not what I wanted since that history was for my recent acct. They said oh since its a closed acct. we have to look into it so you have to send another fax stating its closed and we are allowed to release info. They said it takes about 3-4 days well guess what? I sent it off more than 10 days ago was later told it took 7-10.I keep calling and I speak with the "managers on floor" they tell me give me a sec by the time I know it they hung up on me. And I call and call and its a constant going around in circles with Conns. They keep sending you to other customer reps and by the time I know it I passed 8 of them and then they just hang up .
IF ANY ONE IS TRYING TO GET ANYTHING FROM THEM RUN AWAY... If YOU GET A LETTER THROW IT AWAY. NOTHING BUT AWFUL BUSINESS.
But oh don't owe them money or be late for 1 miserable day 'cus they will call you over 100 times asking for their money. And they scam you with the insurance The state granted me over $500 cus they were scamming people.
