food steak and shrimp - Complaint
Very poor service rude waitress steaks were not cooked right and we got our entrees before our appetizers and our entrees were ice cold!!!!

When you complained to the manager on duty, what was her response? My TGIF would do something to make up for this, once alerted.
Ordering beef cooked to order at TGIF is a gamble. I once asked the manager if he was concerned that they had to throw away my overcooked hamburgers on a regular basis, and without hesitation he said "no." His position was he would rather keep the orders flowing than to spend an "inordinate" amount of time making sure one order is custom cooked. And he was a really good manager.

I definitely would've reported it to management and allowed them a chance to make things right.
