American home shield Complaint - Not fair - Yes

1. They declined coverage on microwave wall unit


2. They declined to fix my A/c saying they don't cover the brand


They asked me to go back and read the fine print? Do you think any educated man would buy a warranty which did not cover major appliances.

We put trust into these companies to take care of our issues. In my case, I had a type 1 diabetic child and requested for emergency services. They were not even able to arrange that.


I understand companies are there to make profits and have guidelines so why responsibility of. Reading these fine prints are left on consumers? Why would they not take equal responsibility.


It's poor customer service. And most importantly not been able to help a client with a diabetic child is shameful for American Home Shield.


Please note companies who do not focus on customer and only interested in bottomlines do not stay long.
