Spirit Complaint - Will never fly Spirit Airlines again!! - Airlines

I will never fly Spirit Airlines again. I have never had so many problems with an airline than I had with Spirit airlines. I waited in line to speak with a customer representative for 40 minutes, they tried to charge me twice for my luggage which I had to pay $85.00 for 2 pieces of luggage. After having my flight be 2 hours late which made me miss my next flight they wanted me to take 2 other flights and wait in another airport for 12 hours!! They were nice enough to give me a voucher for a hotel with 3 meals. Guess what?? There was no restaurant in the hotel!!!

They also provide nothing on the plane complimentary such as water, pretzels, etc. You have to pay for everything!!

Spirit makes no bones about being a no frill, bargain flying company. What you get is a low price (sometimes) and a plane that flies you to where going (sometimes). That's it.
