After a few months of use the screen on my Gateway netbook went out. It may or may not have been caused by me, I couldn't be sure, but they repaired it for free and even sent back my netbook with an upgraded battery with twice the battery life. My family has trusted Gateway for years but this is the first time I've bought one myself. For $200 I'm really impressed with the quality of the machine and the great service I got. Well done Gateway.
