My recommendation. Never buy a Boost phone. Even free is a bad business. If you get some problem with the phone or your account, incredibly, this company has (this is real) NOT a single regular phone line, so it's impossible you can reach a human being. Only options in the Customer Service Menu, are more menus. I prepaid my services and the only I got is the most mediocre phone service that I remember in my life. Most of times, you will get no signal, and if your lucky star is with you and you get a connection, every 2 minutes, you will be disconnected.

I've never had a problem with the connection in my area. However, once when I went to visit some family in another state, I had no service at all. The family there said that there wasn't any company that provided good service. Seems there were no cell towers in the area. That what they got for living in the "sticks".
