Churchs Chicken Complaint - Bad service and manager

PETERSBURG, VIRGINIA -- Went to get chicken today 10/18/2011 at the only churchs chicken in Peterssburg the drive thru was really backed up so decided to go inside the, line was really long they had three cash register but only two running and one is on drive thru, the manager did not have enough employees and the one that was on front couter she sent her no break and then she opened another register, the manager was waiting on customers taking money and getting food never once stopped to put on gloves that was, a 35min. wait decided not to eat there.

It sounds like the manager was doing the best she could with being short staffed. She's legally obligated to give her employees breaks, even when there's a long line. As far as the gloves thing goes, is that normally Church's policy to have the front register people wear gloves? I've never seen anyone running a cash register with gloves on before.
