Fifth Third Bank Complaint - The Drive Thru
Complaint
WEST UNION, OHIO -- I went through the drive thru bank in west unin, Ohio @fifth third and ask the teller if she could fax a sheet for me and she said"not if it has any of your information on it and I told her it just had my name on it and they couldn't do it through the drive thru and she said"it would cost me $3.00 and I am a customer at fifth third. I always have trouble over there.

I can see them possibly faxing if it was related to bank business but if not I sort of agree with them, they are not a faxing service. I have had 5/3 since my divorce and I love them. Always greet me by my name, ask how my kids are doing. They are very polite and very nice, But in retrospect I am a low maintenance customer too.

Haha.. so am I! Sometimes that's why I think I don't have the problems I read about here.
