Frank Bee Enterprises Complaint - Very Disappointed - Boot order

BRONX, NEW YORK -- 1st placed order via internet, never got order. Ordered over phone, when delayed, called, they couldn't find order 4 people many minutes on HOLD (Ignore) Never did find order. When recv'd turned out name spelled wrong. Took their advance in men vs' women size..WRONG...way to big! Went to Website, apply for RMA#, never responded. Finally called. Website says will reimburse for shipping $, WRONG. Will end up only getting 1/2 what I paid due to shipping $ forth/back. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, BAD COMPANY, BE AWARE.

I have no idea what your complaint is exactly and I doubt the company will either. If you expect a response (or for them to understand at least) you need to learn some simple grammer...and spelling.
