Enterprise Car Rental Complaint - Bad Bad Service

BREMERTON, WASHINGTON -- We rent cars there all the time and for the last few months in has gone down hill, you can not get a car on time, they pick you up late, this time we waited over an hour, the car have been dirty, and no one acts like they care. After we had to wait the car still was not ready and we gave ourselves two hours to get where we were going, only 40 miles away and because of there lack of caring we were late. It was not at all like that tell the last four months, why is that, we think they need someone there that care for customers service.
