Google Adwords Complaint - Google Adwords Refund

USA, MICHIGAN -- I Stopped running ads for my website using Google Adwords. 5 Months and counting to get my refund. They claim the refunded my bank account using my debit card number I provided to them. I have checked with my bank and still no refund, I spoke to the bank manager and she said there is no record of this transaction. Back and forth we go. Now after 5 months and 15 emails they are saying they credit a card ending in 4 digits I don't recognize.... we will see if they catch and fix this error. Anybody else ever had a problem getting money back from Google? The whole process has seemed odd to me.
