MESA,, ARIZONA -- Clerks are the most UNFRIENDLY people, almost the point of being rude as I have ever experienced. You get no acknowlegement when you enter the store and not even a thank you or have a nice day when you leave AFTER you made a purchase. I couldn't find a product, so ask a clerk stocking a shelf. His answer, "it's around the corner". Nice service.......I have gone up to the counter to pay. Say to clerk, "how are you today"...........all I get is a stare back.
Now how stupid am I..................I have returned to this store 3 times. Each time, same service. Guess what.................last time to this store. I know there is more in the area. I might add, it isn't just one clerk. They are all the same. Even folks with manager and asst. manager on their name tags.

Go to O'Reilly instead (formally Checker). I've always had great customer service there.

I will only put brake pads made by Callahan Auto Parts on my car, and Autozone does not carry them.
