Dunkin Donuts Complaint - Bad Service Everyday
Complaint
BROOKLY, MASSACHUSETTS -- Today I went to Dunkin Donuts. I ask for plain bagel and creme cheese. They guy said we don't have creme cheese so I put butter is that ok? Today it will be the last day I buy Dunkin Donuts.

I'm not sure I understand how this is bad service? They were out of cream cheese and offered an alternative...bad service would have been to say they were out of cream cheese and offer no alternative. Just my opinion.

Just, they put the butter on without asking the OP's permission. Maybe the OP would have preferred a plain bagel if cream cheese was not available.

I would have said no it is not okay, but thank you. Then I would have asked for something else or gotten my money back.

Clutzy, I read it that the employee said they were out of cream cheese and was butter ok, so they offered the OP an alternative. I guess it's how the review is interpreted.
