Clear modem w/ Wi-Fi - Complaint
ORLANDO, FLORIDA -- I was sent out a pre-paid return shipping label to return the device along with proof of purchase for a full refund from Clear due to BestBuy not being able to refund me for my device back in Nov. 11'. Here it is the end of Jan. 12' & I still have not been refunded for my device that Clear has in their possession, they claim that BestBuy is holding up the refund & there was miscommunication between both entities' management regarding my refund request.
I'm prepared to present this matter to an attorney to finally get it resolved. I have told many people via my social networks to not retain any services from Clear due to this ordeal I've had to endure.
