NEW YORK -- Phone was dropping calls & could not hear incoming calls. I called Magic Jack and some low level tech tried to repair the switch me to top 10% tech who could not repair problem then my session was dropped. I got connected again they wanted me to start all over from the beginning which took 45 minutes with no repair and now I have no phone service for [snip]

This is what you get for $19.97 yearly phone service. Did you really expect great customer service for that price? Like everything else in life you get what you pay for.

I'm not so sure. I paid $200 for services last night, and I got the excuse that Saturdays are higher because of supply and demand.

Magic jack is awful. Its good if u want a phone that doesn't always connect well, but if you want great service, just get a prepaid cell phone for 30 to 45 bucks a month. Much better than spending 20 bucks for something that hardly works (had magic jack, stopped working after about 3 months.)
