Panasonic Customer Servie Is The Worst And They Are Pennywise And Dollarfoolish
Panasonic DECT 6.0 phones - Complaint
Review by Consumer on 2012-03-05
PORT JEFFERSON STATION, NEW YORK -- Their response and my follow up:
After spending over one hour on the phone and ending up with a senior customer officer named Bill I am very very unhappy with Panasonic being so cheap as to not accommodate a customer over one handset phone. How cheap can a multi billion dollar company get?
I would like the name of a senior officer in the corp. to express my dissatisfaction.

Panasonic Hello Mr. McKenna, Bill from our Customer Satisfaction has attempted to assist you. To proceed we will need for you to supply us with a proof of purchase. Can you provide us a copy of a receipt?

Robert McKenna Let me tell you this. All you really had to do was send me one new handset, which I figure to cost about $5 or less on your end and you would have kept a customer for life. Now you lost a customer for life. No phones, no TV's no nothing made by Panasonic will ever cross into my home again and if one, just one person reads my blogs or Facebook about you and decides not to buy a TV you will have lost thousands of dollars over what...five bucks. Tell Bill and your entire company I don't need or want them. Already bought another entire phone system with extensions from Uniden. Who needs or wants this kind of lousy and cheapskate nonsense you laughingly call customer service. I notice as part of your lousy customer disservice you also ignored my request for a senior officers name or contact info. Would you like me to send you back the broken phone so you can stick it where the sun don't shine. I can do that for you with no customer service or receipt from you.
