TGIFridays - Went out of his way to accomodate me
Compliment

DFW AIRPORT, TEXAS -- On March 4, 2012 I inadvertently arrived for my flight from DFW to Cincinnati 2 hours in advance. As I walking past your DFW airport store I noticed a young man there and I asked about breakfast and he said, "sir we don't open until 6 am." You see it was 5:20am and he and other staff members were there setting up for the day. I walked on and sat down near the boarding area for about 10 minutes when Jack Parsons, the mgr, came and said, "sir you are more than welcome to come on inside and drink coffee until we get everything setup." Too often, many workers just do "their job" and don't seek to accommodate anyone. I was impressed at his willingness to go beyond the boundaries and allow me and others to come on in and drink coffee till it was time to start ordering breakfast. This may very well be standard procedure for TGI Friday's but is not normal usually.
