BERGENFIELD, NEW JERSEY -- Nissan warranty. 2009 Murano had a dead battery while under warranty. The dealer refused to replace the battery. He told me to buy one and submit the bill to Nissan USA for reimbursement. This was done the summer of 2011. Nissan sent me a partial check and I am now fighting with them for the balance. This has been going now for months as it is now the middle of March. Numerous calls go on & on with promises for return phone calls from managers as they refuse to come to the phone when I do call. "We are working on it", is the standard message I get and still no check in the mail and no call backs.
