ATLANTA, HAWAII -- 1. Skype offers a prominent "Feedback" button on Home page. Click it, a form appears, you type in your feedback...and there's no way to send it!

2. I tried repeatedly to make a call to the US from Thailand today. I could hear the called party fine, they could not hear me. At one point they could hear me--then the call was cut off. After each attempted callcalls, Skype offered the automatic advice that I (yes, me) thought something was wrong with my mike. There was no hint that Skype might be at fault. I used Skype's own sound-testing call to check. The mike is fine. And for the brief minute that both sides could hear one another, both sides' audio and mike were demonstrably fine. And neither one of US dropped that one call that actually connected. Skype did that.

I don't believe I've ever dealt with a more arrogant company. And the non-functioning feedback button is a slap in the face.
