Ihop - A bother to wait staff

OLATHE, KANSAS -- Upon arrival at Ihop I was ignored for over five minutes by the waitress standing at a service register ten feet from me. I finally said "Could I go ahead and get seated now". I was probably the tenth customer in this restaurant if I exaggerate. The waitress seated me at the first booth she came to and then walked away. The manager noticed me about fifteen minutes later and told the waitress to take my order. The food came quickly and the waitress never came back. Another waitress got my box and I had to go to the front register and have my waitress brought out to pay my bill. I left a quarter tip and informed the second waitress that the first waitress, who had already left before I could sign the receipt, that the service had been deplorable.

Give IHOP guest relations a call at (866) 444-5144 and let them know you had a problem at this franchise location.

The one I was at in Chicago was dirty and had bad food.
