MARYLAND -- On line flower companies need a system to be able to check to see if the product has been delivered. from you flowers guaranteed delivery the same day and two of the orders gets to the location two days later. not cool. I have used them before and have been happy but the vendor they used screwed them but still they have to know who they are dealing with. stay away from helenes florist and gift shop in parkesburg pa. they claimed they tried to deliver the flowers at 11:45 and had trouble doing so but I made the order at 12:45. strange.

It's not a good idea to give a customer an excuse and not match the time of the attempted delivery with the time of the order. It tends to send the customer to a competitor.
