ORLANDO, FLORIDA -- I am on Medicare for two knee replacements and lower back problems, going to the doctor is nothing, Dr MERCADO is a outstanding M. D. I take oxycodone, like I'm supposed to but every month I go to Walgreens I am at the mercy of the Pharmacist! Stereotyped or they don't like the color of my eyes! I can't help what others do with their meds but I'm tiered of doing without my meds and having to drive from store to store until someone has mercy on me. What gives a pharmacy tech the wright to over rule a M. D. Family practicing Doctor?July 3/12 Walgreens on 5601 N. Hiawasse Orlando told me he did not have my oxycodone and I ask him about filling my other scrips and ask when he might have the oxycodone? He said he would have to verify and by then he would make his decision to fill both prescriptions. He told me a lie that he didn't even have any oxys! SEE what I am saying

The pharmacist can only fill your prescriptions within the Medicare guidelines both in terms of quantity and frequency of refills irregardless of your doctor writes.
