INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA -- My mother, who is disabled and in a wheel chair got her air ducts cleaned by this company. They told her that a "triangle in the furnace" indicated that there was mold. So they went underneath the house and into the crawl space. When they emerged, they showed her a picture of mold and said that it was really bad and needed to be treated asap. It was going to cost her $3500, which is money she does not have! Thankfully, a neighbor went under the house to just check it out to make sure, and there was nothing there. They showed my mother pictures of another house with a mold problem. We called another local company and had them come out. They said her crawlspace was the best he had ever been in. Absolutely no problems.

Also, this company has a "written only" cancellation policy, which is SHADY considering there is not enough time to mail a letter and their fax machine wasn't working.

Never, EVER, use this company.
